At Bovexi, the value of Respect inherently encompasses our commitment to diversity. As an industrial company with continuous, full-scale production, we recognize there is progress to be made, as women currently make up just 20% of our workforce.
Fostering inclusion and diversity is a corporate responsibility, but it requires an external framework that champions these principles. This framework is the societal context in which a company functions, shaped by cultural norms. It is a government’s duty to guide society toward greater diversity and inclusion, thereby creating the essential foundation for companies like ours to advance these values internally.

At Bovexi, we are convinced that respect and diversity are more than core values—they are critical to our achievements, demonstrating that talent knows no gender, age, or nationality. Last year, we introduced our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiative, adopting this belief and launching focused organizational projects.

Our female colleagues are leading this vision, personifying innovation and leadership across every facet of our business and operations. They play key roles in driving our company’s success—enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening safety standards, and improving the quality of our products and services. This International Women’s Day, we are honored to highlight six outstanding women whose commitment and accomplishments have been vital to Bovexi’s excellence in production and logistics. They reflect the heart of our company—an environment where every individual is appreciated, respected, and empowered to succeed.
Join us in celebrating these six remarkable women of Bovexi as we share their experiences and the insights they offer through advice to their younger selves and to all of us.
