To actively promote ethical behavior, Bovexi has implemented a comprehensive Compliance and Ethics Programmedesigned to raise awareness, support investigations, and implement preventive and corrective measures. The programme addresses the following key areas:

Anti-Corruption & Bribery

Bovexi maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, kickbacks, or any form of improper payment. We ensure accurate and transparent financial records that truthfully reflect all transactions.

Competition Law

We are committed to fair competition and do not engage in agreements or practices with competitors that restrict competition, manipulate prices, or otherwise violate antitrust laws.

Human Rights

We respect the dignity and rights of all individuals. Bovexi does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, abuse, retaliation, or any form of unfair treatment in the workplace.

Data Privacy / GDPR

All personal data relating to our employees and business partners is handled with care, confidentiality, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Know Your Business Partner

Raising Concerns and Seeking Guidance

 

Anyone with concerns or questions related to Compliance and Ethics is encouraged to report them—confidentially or anonymously—through our whistleblowing platform, “Tell Us.”

“Tell Us” is available to Bovexi employees and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers, and can be used to report suspected misconduct affecting individuals, the company, society, or the environment.

Reports may relate to matters such as:

  • Anti-Bribery & Corruption

  • Confidentiality breaches

  • Fair competition issues

  • Financial irregularities

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Data protection violations

  • Fraud or theft

  • HR-related concerns (harassment, discrimination, etc.)

  • Trade compliance (sanctions and embargoes)

  • Health and safety

  • Environmental harm

Whistleblowers may choose to disclose their identity or remain anonymous. In all cases, their identity and information are protected with the highest level of confidentiality. Bovexi strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

All reports are handled centrally by the Bovexi Legal team, ensuring a fair, thorough, and confidential review process.
